General Description

ECC’s mission is to provide an open platform for the entrepreneurship community in terms of learning and teaching materials. In order for this to work well, ECC has drawn up terms of use with basic rules for your use of the services (“Terms of Use”). By registering, uploading material on the platform or downloading material, you agree to comply with the terms. These Terms expressly contain and include ECC’s Privacy Policy, Copyright Policy, Cookie Policy, existing and future guidelines, policies or additional terms or disclaimers.

Account Registration and Password

In order to be able to upload material on the ECC platform, you need to register for ECC free-of-charge membership. Accepted membership will allow you an account. You represent and warrant that all information provided by you is current, accurate, and complete and that you will maintain the accuracy and completeness of such information.

By using the ECC platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. Furthermore, you accept responsibility for all activities on your account or password. ECC reserves the right to terminate accounts, and remove or edit uploaded material.

Non-commercial Use Only

The material on the ECC Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. It is not permitted to download any material from this website and reformat, repost or display it again for commercial purposes.

Content of uploaded material

Uploaded material should be relevant to the entrepreneurship society. Content must not be illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful or offensive. ECC does not preview material uploaded on the platform, but if ECC discovers uploaded material does not meet the specified conditions, ECC has the right to remove the material from the platform.

Copyright and Ownership

Material uploaded on the ECC platform is done so with confirmation by the uploader that it has the right to do so. That is, the person has the copyright for the material, and the consent of co-authors.

Material uploaded on the ECC platform is owned by the person who uploaded the material. Only that person can make changes to the material or delete it.
